Group classes (2 client minimum, 7 maximum) are a great way to maintain your Pilates work! Group classes are for almost EVERYONE - contact the studio & we'll help you pick the best class for you.
Classes we offer:
Level 1: Mixed equipment class (reformer & chair). A class not just for beginners! A slower-paced class focusing on learning (or reviewing) the introductory Pilates exercises. A strong focus on proper alignment & muscle activation to promote balanced muscle development. Resistance, flexibility & balance training.
Level 2: Mixed equipment class (reformer & chair). An intermediate class (some previous Pilates experience strongly recommended) covering all of the level 2 Pilates exercises with some flow. A challenging total-body workout.
Level 3: Mixed equipment class (reformer & chair). An advanced class (significant Pilates experience and teacher approval required to join). A faster-paced resistance training class with cardio elements & significant challenge.
Cardio Pilates: A Level 2/3 mixed equipment class. A fun, high-energy class w/an accelerated pace. Lots of jump board & chair work to break a sweat! Towels provided. *Must be injury-free, or have instructor approval to join class. No beginners please.
Mat: A class done on Pilates mats with props (magic circle, theraband, stability ball). A total-body workout & maybe the most challenging ab exercises you've ever experienced! There will be advanced moves as well as modifications. All levels welcome.
Pre-natal: Pilates is absolutely the best exercise during and after your pregnancy. Your normal Pilates routine can be easily modified, you can relieve pregnancy discomfort, and strengthen your deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles comfortably on the Pilates apparatus.
Stretch Class: Relax deeply with this combination equipment/mat/ball/roller class. Breathe, lengthen tight muscles, & center. All levels welcome, & no, you do not need to be flexible to join this class - in fact it's the class for you if you're not!
Jumpboard Combo Class: A fun all-level reformer class incorporating the jumpboard. Not as cardiovascularly intense as the Cardio Class. A great introduction to the jump board!

We recommend finding the perfect class & signing up for a "recurring appointment". If you need to reschedule for any reason, no problem, find another class sometime that month. We also recommend setting up your account for "autopay"(under the "contracts/packages" tab when you're signing up for a class) each month & you will never have to worry about purchasing sessions again!
