Bri DeWitt

Bri is a firm believer in movement as medicine both personally and professionally.

A Montana native, Bri has been living in Honolulu since 2015. She has a long history of practicing Pilates as a complement to her ballet and contemporary dance background and to stay strong and healthy beyond that. Pilates has allowed her to do all the things she loves, but better - like traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, and golfing. In the past few years, Pilates has been and continues to be her primary method of exercise in her recovery from breast cancer treatments.

She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and specializes in pelvic health and oncology rehabilitation. After many years of incorporating Pilates-style exercise into her physical therapy practice, she decided to jump into formal training with Chelsea Peck's classical mat instructor training in 2020 and completed her comprehensive apparatus certification in 2023. Bri is excited to apply further Pilates knowledge to facilitate recovery for her clients and to encourage prevention and wellness.

The mindful movements of the Pilates method are truly for every body. Whether you're recovering from injury or planning to prevent one, Bri believes that Pilates is a great choice for all!
