Suz Lee

In 2020, after 15 years of living on the East Coast working as a startup consultant, Suz Lee moved back to her hometown of Honolulu where she decided to jumpstart a new career in holistic fitness. Her Pilates journey began in New York City 5 years ago when she started out as an avid practitioner on the mat and the reformer.  Due to sports injuries in her youth, Suz sought out low-impact physical activity that emphasized resistance training and functional movement without the wear and tear.  After she discovered Pilates, she never looked back.  Now as a studio certified Pilates instructor, Suz works with clients of all levels and backgrounds to help them achieve their fitness and longevity goals.  In group classes, she is committed to creating safe, effective workouts that are rooted in the Classical method with contemporary variation.  In private sessions, whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, Suz will collaborate with you to develop a personalized program to meet you where you are in order for you to build a stronger practice that will leave you feeling more energized, confident, and connected to your core.  When she's not teaching, Suz enjoys hiking, cross-training, traveling, and staying on top of the latest trends and research in holistic health and wellness.
